Service Agreement: Orlando Cleaning Pros

Cleaning Power Without Compromise

SERVICE AGREEMENT (this is included as a “terms and agreement” at checkout and is required) We are delighted to provide our premium cleaning services to ensure your space is immaculate and maintained to the highest standards. To facilitate a seamless cleaning experience, we kindly request you to review and complete the following checklist before our cleaning professionals arrive:

  1. Secure Valuables:
  2. • Ensure that any valuables or delicate items are secured or stored in a safe place.
  3. Clear Surfaces:
    • Clear countertops, tables, and other surfaces of personal items and clutter to allow for thorough cleaning. If surfaces are 75% cluttered, they will not be cleaned. Tidy areas allow for more cleaning!
  4. Furniture Arrangement:
  5. • Please note that our cleaning professionals will not move furniture. Ensure that all furniture arrangements are as desired prior to our arrival.
  6. Special Instructions: 
  7. • Provide any specific instructions or areas of focus you would like our cleaning professionals to prioritize.
    • Inform us about any specialized items or surfaces that may require specific cleaning products or techniques. If there are any items or areas/rooms that you do not want disturbed, please notify us prior to the cleaning.
  8. Pet Arrangements:
  9. • If you have pets, make necessary arrangements to secure or relocate them during the cleaning process.
    In the case of an unsecured pet:
    • If we deem that there is an unsecured pet that impedes our ability to clean your home safely, we will contact you directly at the time of cleaning. If you are unable to assist us in securing your pet at that time, we will not be able to complete the cleaning and you will be charged the service cleaning fee.
  10. Access and Security:
  11. • Ensure our cleaning team has easy access to the property and any necessary security codes or keys. If there is any issue accessing the property, we will attempt to contact you through the contact information listed on the order form. After 30 minutes, if there is no contact, you may be able to reschedule for a new appointment.
  12. Communication Preferences: 
  13. • Let us know your preferred method of communication during the cleaning process (e.g., in-person instructions, phone call, or text).
  14. Parking Arrangements: 
  15. • If applicable, provide information on convenient parking for our cleaning professionals.
  16. Services: 
  17. • The reservation for a reserved standard cleaning will provide up to 3 hours of cleaning services, and is limited to the website listed services for a STANDARD CLEANING. If more time is needed to complete the cleaning, you will be contacted and allowed to purchase extended cleaning time.
    • The reservation for a reserved deep cleaning will provide up to 4 hours of cleaning services, and is limited to the website listed services for a DEEP CLEANING. If more time is needed to complete the cleaning, you will be contacted and allowed to purchase extended cleaning time.
  18. Non-Soliciation: 
  19. • During the term of our service agreement and for two (2) years after its termination, customers agree not to:
    • Solicit, attempt to solicit, or hire any cleaner employed by or contracted with Orlando Cleaning Pros LLC to perform cleaning services independently of the Company.
    • This clause is essential to protect our business and maintain the quality and reliability of our services. Any breach of this agreement may result in legal action.
  20. Cleaning Professionals:
  21. • Each reservation will be serviced by one to two experienced cleaners.
  22. Cancellation Policy:
    • We value our customers’ time and commitment to our services. In order to maintain efficiency and fairness for both our clients and our cleaning professionals, we have established the following cancellation policy.
    Cancellation/Rescheduling Window: To cancel, you must reach out to [email protected] within 72 hours of scheduling. Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling of cleaning appointments, and are able to reschedule up to 3 times.
    Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking: No charge.- Reschedules made within the 24-hour window will be charged the cleaning service fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our service agreement and cancellation policy. These policies ensure that our cleaning professionals can manage their schedules effectively and allows us to provide timely and reliable services to all our valued customers.
